Ethan and I decided to make cookies today. It turned ugly. Thankfully these are not chocolate chip cookies so my self created Chocolate Chip Cookie Master reputation is still intact.
yeah, about those chocolate chip cookies ... we need to throwdown. anyway, i had a cookie activity slated with my kids later this week. should i cancel? i forgot how much fun it isn't to bake with children.
If your cookies are just hard, and still taste good, it sounds like they would be perfect for a cookie crumb crust. I made pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving with a ginger-snap cookie (gluten free) crust, and it was really yummy.

Actually the baking with Ethan was fine. (Only one kid to wrestle with) But I think I set the time to 18 minutes rather than 8. Stupid Stove Timer!
They are defnitely 'snap' cookies now.

Mom...if your cookies are the best, why do you buy pre-made cookie dough?
To make you ask questions Emily...see how good it works?
Sharon..they were good even hard.
