I've heard you can use them in soups just like you would had they been bottled. I've never done it though.

Wow - that is so cool that you made your own sun-dried tomatoes. Those are great in casseroles, pasta, pasta salad, pizza - oh my, I'm getting hungry - gotta go fix dinner.

Those look D-lish!! Whenever I see sun-dried tomatoes, I think of my favorite pasta dish from Johnny Corinos. Add a little spice and meat (shrimp for me) and oooooh, it's so good!
