We have the same Praying Mantis story. Now that is cool. I swear mine was laughing at me when I looked into its beady little eyes.
My childhood toy is a doll I've had since I can remember. Her name is...(pause)...uh...yamadoo. Shh...don't tell anyone because that is my nickname. Bren, already knows. DARN IT!
Your dad sounds really cool. After reading your dad tribute post, makes me want be a better parent.
